Opening/Closing the space daily. b. Screening for members/non members.c. Greet everyone who comes into the space, and provide tours for new members and other interested parties. d. Record member activities for tracking hours in respective software. e. Accepting packages and sorting mail. f. Tidying and stocking up to ensure our space continually reflects who we are and what we value. g. Keeping space tidy throughout the day including monitoring & organizing shoe racks arrangement. h. Working together with house keeping to ensure space is clean, drinking water supplies are sufficient etc. i. Inform related parties for member birthdays to make little celebration. j. Keep notes and record messages from guests to obtain feedback for improvement and report it back to the management. k. Assisting Outpost members for F&B reservations. l. Conduct administrative assistant tasks as necessary. m. Introduce new members to the community and facilitating connections n. Administrative assistant/task. o. Answer incoming calls and address guest questions & inquiries on Email, Google Business, Extranet OTA, Whatsapp, etc. p. Support event and community activities in the space and work closer with the Experience & Community team.q. Handling check in and check out.r. Handling petty cash and cash flow.s. Up selling any product, events, and promotion with Outpost members and non Outpost members. Show less
