• Ensuring the process, procedures of the Asia finance team are being followed and the deadlines and requirements are being met.Responsible for leading various projects and must have the ability to work.
• Oversight of the daily accounting operations for the Asia finance team.
• Preparation of month end, quarter end and year end group and subsidiary company accounts (IFRS and Asian local GAAP)
• Resolving of significant and unique accounting issues where an analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of related circumstances.
• Prepares and assists with interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules and variance analysis for management.
• Coordinating annual audit and tax filing requests for all Asia.

Major responsibility: Accounting, Tax and FinancePrepare Financial statement, including JP and Korea, to HQ in USAAnalysis of Companies' expenditure;Supervised the work of General ledger, Cashier, Accounts payable, Fixed assets and all Finance and Accounting matters;In charge of Japan and Korea office Accounting and Finance matters;Filing individual income.

Major responsibility: Audit and Tax planningAudits conducted in accordance with ROC GAAP, ROC Company Law and ROC Tax Act;Prepare Audit Report and Tax report;Review and provide recommendations for clients internal control system;
