Ensuring the process, procedures of the Asia finance team are being followed and the deadlines and requirements are being met.Responsible for leading various projects and must have the ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of the business to coordinate and manage the timely completion of the assigned projects.• Oversight of the daily accounting operations for the Asia finance team.• Preparation of month end, quarter end and year end group and subsidiary company accounts (IFRS and Asian local GAAP)• Resolving of significant and unique accounting issues where an analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of related circumstances. • Prepares and assists with interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules and variance analysis for management.• Coordinating annual audit and tax filing requests for all Asia.• Manage team member to include hiring, training and development, performance reviews and counseling and disciplinary action • Support all finance function including Treasury, tax, legal and controlling in Asia.• Choose financial service providers in Asia, undertake negotiations of terms and conditions as well as fees. • Check performance of financial service providers.• Be the main contact person for financial service providers in Asia, such as auditors, tax consultants, and other accounting service providers. • Additional tasks determined by the management as needed

Major responsibility: Accounting, Tax and FinancePrepare Financial statement, including JP and Korea, to HQ in USAAnalysis of Companies' expenditure;Supervised the work of General ledger , Cashier, Accounts payable, Fixed assets and all Finance and Accounting matters;In charge of Japan and Korea office Accounting and Finance matters;Filing individual income yearly;Prepare monthly payroll list and insurance reconciliation ;In charge of external auditing;All tax matter;Assist to process the liquidation procedure with the Company.Help the company carry out IPO in Taiwan;Win five-year tax holiday, exemption from technological royalty and the like;Setup of the internal control and Accounting procedure.Be custody of the company license and other registered document.
