Planning and conducting internal audits to inform the business of the effectiveness of risk management, controls and governance as well as providing system and process improvement recommendations. Following up on audit findings with corrective actions and root cause analysis. Writing high quality audit reports to challenging deadlines and analysing process metrics as a basis for process improvement.

Employed by Boeing Defence UK as a quality engineer responsible for managing quality and process improvement through QMS review, use of best practice in terms of ISO9001, PRINCE2, and ITIL to improve efficiency and add value. I have also been responsible for managing programme and supplier audits, maintaining BS11000 certification and providing quality assurance across the organisation.

Responsible for the whole site Quality Management System, including planning and managing of the audit program, managing a team of auditors and maintaining ISO90001 accreditation with twice yearly external audits. also responsible for site quality assurance and continual improvement.

Project manager developing Vehicle Fleet Management Software for the army via a third party supplier.
