As the new business sales manager, I am responsible for leading the statewide new business sales team in the group market for employers with 1-99 employees. Accountable for creating strategies and solutions to ensure sales goals and objectives are achieved and maintaining strong Agent/Broker/Consultant relations. Actively involved in annual Go-To-Market strategy discussions, support annual review and development of new business marketing material, along with maintaining continuous processes improvement and automations.
