Honeywell Enterprise, Future Finance Leaders Program/Early Career Talent Development Program Leader
Current• Lead Honeywell Finance Development Program and partner with finance organization as talent advisor for succession planning, organization design, and staff management. • Responsible for all levels of communication in a highly matrixed environment including the Finance Executive Leadership Team, Vice Presidents, Leaders, and Participants. • Tell the story of the Honeywell Future Finance Leaders Program through data and deep insights to various audiences, internal and external, to secure resources, attract and retain participants, and engage, train, and coach Finance Leaders and Human Resources professionals.• Develop and drive campus recruiting strategies across 8 targeted schools, managing relationships, developing branding activities with universities faculty/staff and student groups to execute recruiting, diversity initiatives, and engagement events. • Own end-to-end internship program including onboarding, placement process, performance management, training and events, off-boarding and leadership communication. • Lead comprehensive 90+ program throughout first 4.5 years of career and 40+ program graduates via enterprise-wide strategy for high potential accelerated early career talent pool to ensure a diverse robust pipeline prepared to assume positions of increasing complexity and scale.• Partner with Finance Leaders to sustain a governance framework and understand nuances in needs, meet established standards for quality, consistency, impact, and align on the program priorities to optimize the use of resources while maintaining a beneficial program experience for all participants.• Provide coaching to participants on career planning and development, increase performance/contribution, issue resolution, location strategy, and retention through regular 1:1's, act as a liaison between participants and the business to create a positive experience for both.• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to track program progress and results.
