I serve on the board of Freedom Grow, a non-profit 501c3 organization that helps advocate for cannabis prisoners and their families through our Wish Program. We are a grassroots organization that ‘Brings Light To Dark Cells’! We are made up of volunteers. Many of our volunteers have been to prison for cannabis or have had family members who have been to prison for cannabis. Our mission is to help people who are incarcerated for cannabis find freedom while we support their sacrifices with commissary money, prison outreach, family outreach, and public education. Through our ‘Wish Program,’ we help their loved ones with finances, reading material, ‘special wishes,’ and support. We also host an annual school drive and holiday drive for their children.

Started as an independent consultant in the Bay Area. I worked for C3 as a manager, a dispensary in Walnut Creek that was forced to shut down. I went back to technical writing for several small cannabis start ups until 2010.
