• Managing the composite production department, training the operators.• Responsible for diverse composite part production projects, analyzing the needs, selecting the raw materials, calculating the costs for the parts, and drafting the operational instructions.• Developed a composite part cost calculation tool and achieved notable time savings.• Researching adhesives, fibers, and resin systems specifically for GÜNSEL B9 life module parts.
