I was responsible for the analysis, design, development and management of business intelligence system. Monitoring Informatica ETL flows, data modelling, reporting processes and creating dashboards and maintanence. Also determine project efforts and do planning for future BI plans

I have been involved in many projects throughout my working life at Allianz Turkey. I would like to give an example of one of the most important ones:I took part in Project Sirius, a very important step for Allianz Turkey. To talk about this project; Project Sirius was the first step in Allianz Turkey’s transformation journey to become the pioneer of next generation insurance with agile methods. The Sirius Project aimed to move LIFE and PENSION companies onto a single system. We work with a team of approximately 200 people in 4 countries and 6 different cities for this project, which we carried out entirely with agile methods. The successful completion of the first phase of our project within the planned time and budget proved how well managing large projects with agile practices yields good results and was the first step in the great transformation that started in company. We had the opportunity to experience the burdens created by traditional methods that we thought were indispensable and to see how agile methods facilitated our business process. This project introduced both Allianz Turkey and Allianz Group to a new management model.The project was managed with Scrum. Therefore, we all received Scrum training. There were 12 scrum teams in this project. I was both the Scrum Master and analyst developer of the reporting team. We created the entire dwh process of the new insurance system. We modeled the existing reports to be IT independent from the new system and made them available via MSTR. We prepared the infrastructure for legal reporting and presented it to the relevant teams.In addition to meeting reporting needs, we assisted core software teams in areas where the core package system did not allow us to do so. (Creation of outstanding claims payrolls, creation of sap report and production ledger, etc.)
