GAP TEAM - DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION • Working and location at Empress Tower, 138-142 Hai Ba Trung Street, Dakao Ward, District 1, HCMC.• Receiving TP / BOM from Customers, checking information and contact with supplier for Accessories ordering.• Negotiating with oversea supplier to get the best price, lead time before place the orders.• Sending ACC to factory for mass production.• Checking the ACC stock status.• Working with related teams during developing and production time: Supplier, HQ, Sub-factory and Customers ….• Arranging payment to suppliers.• Sourcing new supplier which can supply the same item with the best price and lead time.• Others requires from HQ, Factory and DEV manager.

• Working and location at JungWoo Building – YoungDeungPo Gu , Seoul - Korea• Receiving shipping document from shipper / factory, checking then preparing the negotiate document to submit to the bank/ buyer to get the money.• Planning the negotiation schedule and report to Team Manager every week.• Finding out the error on shipping document and training to shipper again, fixing it before submit to bank or buyer.• Giving suggestion to team members, factory to solve the issue which they‘re facing during shipping and negotiation stage.• Checking all updating manual from Buyer and training to factory.• And others requires from Senior Manager.

Tay Ninh - Viet Nam

• Working and location at Road 4, Linh Trung III, Tay Ninh Province, Viet Nam• Receiving packing list from factory, making Customs Declaration, Shipping document, booking VSL/ AIR schedule.• Working with Forwarder to arrange the truck / container for ship out cargo.• Making container/ truck loading plan.• Making C-TPAT and report to Customer.• Inputting ERP data and make the shipping report to Customer and HQ.• Sending negotiation document to HQ.• Others requires from HQ.

Cu Chi , Viet Nam

- Human Resource Staff:• Working and location at Cu Chi - Ho Chi Minh City.• Interviewing new worker base on Labor law, training new worker and send to factory.• Managing worker file and keeping.• Making the labor contract for new worker.- Exim Staff:• Receiving packing list and ordering from factory.• Basing on Buyer Policy to making the shipping documents.• Making Customs Declaration document.• Updating information of the documents on ERP system.• Making payment for each kind of Buyers.• Making negotiation documents to submit to HQ.• Keeping all kinds of shipping’s documents for Customs checking.• Communications with Forwarder, factory, HQ and Buyer.• Others require from Team Manager.
