Industry: construction and facility maintenance Report to: company directorSize: 100 employees* Key responsibilities:▪️HR tasks:- Monitor timekeeping data and calculate salaries for staff and workers. - Keep track of sales performance and sales bonuses for the sales teams. - Prepare, update, and renew employment contracts.- Conduct policy training for new employees.- Organize engagement activities including parties and outing trips.- Make reports related to budget and manpower control.- Manage freelance contracts and freelance expenses.▪️Admin tasks:- Monitor the office supplies and office environments.- Assist the director in making quotations for clients.- Prepare the sales contracts and appendixes.- Arrange appointments, stay, and transport for the director.- Purchase uniforms and working tools for workers.- Manage the office devices (laptop, printer, etc.) through device code.
