    This role was created to design and deliver a programme that fostered engagement for an increasingly remote team as we came out of Covid lockdown, being intentional about how, when, and why we brought people together. Informed by input from staff focus groups & informal feedback on behalf of the Head of UK & Ireland, over time it progressed into the development and support of inclusive & belonging initiatives, with Employee Advocacy Groups as a core component.Creating ongoing opportunities to listen, be listed to, connect, and grow a sense of belonging. • Development and delivery of staff inclusion and engagement programme of initiatives in UK&I. Providing colleagues with meaningful opportunities (both related to business solutions & cultural identity) to come together to grow as individuals, as teams and as a business.• Worked with employee community to create, develop, grow and support series of Employee Advocacy Groups.• Member of the UK&I DE&I Committee, working to implement best practices within the KF business.• Created an agile internal comms program that is engaging and inclusive for colleagues.
