- Involved in Heading for the Future project about innovation and tranformation in E-Logistics: conducted interviews and market researches. Project resulted in overachieved 119.75% registered attendees from 3 main target markets have been defined priorly.- Built and developed standardized operating procedures for project application and tracking tools to manage customer database and customer experience. Created 3 operating procedures and 3 tracking tools used efficiently throughout the whole project.- Built customer journey plan, guided and supervised group of 4 people to manage customer experience throughout project: attained 9.13/10 satisfaction scores.
