Assist in the design, development, implementation and support of intranet web applications utilizing extensive use of client side scripting for page validation tied to an MS-SQL Server database as well as the corporate Windows Active Directory for user authentication. Also assisted in the development of Windows forms applications and Windows Mobile applications to meet specific business requirements as well as Windows Services to perform routine and unattended tasks. Designed custom SharePoint document approval workflows for in-house document management system.

Helped design and development updated version of CRS (Customer Request System), used by customer support personal to track power outages, new hookups, streetlight outages and other customer issues. New version merged several disparate systems allowing the company to better track support issues. Assisted in- house development team design and implement robust web-based bug tracking system to better track bugs and production issues, provide statistics and charting to easily find problem areas in the application.

Designed and developing ‘Rules Engine’, a custom SAS data mining tool based on insurance industry specific business needs. ‘Rules Engine’ required a comprehensive licensing and activation module and was designed to be fully backward compatible with older versions.
