When I graduated in Business from ESAG / UDESC, I interrupted the Civil Engineering course to become a Trainee at Karsten SA, in the Management department. I was the Trainee assigned to implement the VSM tool (value flow mapping) and apply improvements (KAIZEN´S) throughout the factory. After finishing the Trainee program, I returned to university studies to finish the Civil Engineering course at UFSC. During the course I started my activities at Estrutura Engenharia, as an administrator, and later as a Civil Engineer. I have greater experience in administration and management of constructions, from own to public constructions. As CFO, I perform daily activities with banks, planning, prioritizing and structuring financial commitments, in order to minimize operating costs, as well as supporting the CEO, in terms of decision-making in the direction of the company. In addition to exercising the functions of CFO, I also assumed the Commercial Manager position, interacting with real estate agents, brokers and customers, to make feasible and generate business for the company.
