Work directly with the President/Director and program Facilitators. Assume overall authority for coordinating the entire office. Proactive in general as well as analytical, finance within diverse industries; Maintain tracking system of students enrolled in the program. Provide effective facilitation methods, negative modification approaches for at-risk youth as well as assist youth and their families in job search and maintain a tracking system. Troubleshoot technical and conflicting issues within the program, youth and their families to ensure exceptional service and support from the Take Charge Program.•Excellent project management and multitasking skills, skilled at coordinating internal and external requirements.•Proven ability to direct operational tasks, neutralize problematic situations, and guide a broad array of issues to desired outcomes.•Expertise in training and mentoring strategies and in developing programs and systems that increase overall productivity and efficiency. Possess extensive networking with clients/employers to identify all necessary potential jobs for students.•Provide strong communication skills as a liaison for the Prince George’s County, PGC public school districts with the Pupil Personnel Workers (PPW) as a referral resource to the Take Charge Program to assist students and their families.•Efficient supervision / utilization of staff to attain department goals in productivity and quality•Serve as liaisons between Prince George’s County, PGC Councilmembers, PGC Official Elective, Freestate Challenge Academy, Bowie State University, PG Community Colleges, Maryland University Way2Go, Job Corps, Administrative support, the senior management and PGC Community to better serves youths in the program.
