As the Head of Vice Presidents for the Panhellenic Executive Council, I foster collaboration and drive the success of our Panhellenic community, which consists of 1700+ members. My role involves supporting our Vice Presidents of the Executive Council in achieving their individual goals while overseeing the overall operations of the Panhellenic Council.I lead and maintain effective communication and collaboration among the Presidents of each Panhellenic Chapter, ensuring that our community remains united and focused on our shared objectives. Additionally, I serve as the external-facing liaison, representing the Panhellenic Council in interactions with other Greek Councils, Registered Student Organizations, and University Partners/Administration.Through these responsibilities, I have honed my leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills, all while working to strengthen the bonds within our Greek community and with the broader University of Washington network.

During my tenure as Chapter President, I led a dedicated team of Vice Presidents overseeing areas such as philanthropy, recruitment, and overall chapter operations. My leadership focused on ensuring that our team worked effectively to achieve and highlight our chapter's values of education, social responsibility, character, leadership, and friendship.One of my key accomplishments was fostering high membership retention, even as we navigated the challenges of a post-COVID environment. I successfully reinstated essential chapter operations that had been disrupted during the pandemic. Additionally, I guided our chapter through a significant transition by switching our legal status to a Limited Liability Company (LLC), positioning us for long-term stability and growth.
