Assist in preparation of annual budget and anticipated budget, maintenance of fixed assetsmanagement;5. Corporate tax planning considering transfer pricing factors, tax management and tax assessment;6. Computation of advance tax, filling of income tax return, quarterly withholding tax return, annual statement of salary & allowances, proper deduction and deposit of tax and VAT at sources, individual income tax planning, management and assessment;7. Responding notices from the Income Tax Authority, attending hearing at office of the Commissioner (Appeals) & the Taxes Appellate Tribunal;8. Having practical knowledge about the Provision under the new Income Tax Act, 2023 (previouslyknown as ITO,1984), the Companies Act, 1994, the VAT and SD Act, 2012, the Provident Fund Act, 1925, the Labour Act, 2006 (amended in 2015);9. Performing legislative activity and drafting return/form/application with respect to NBR, BSEC, DCCI, RJSC, BIDA, City Corporation;10. Knowledge in forming company limited by share, preparing and submitting annual return of shareholders, return of share allotment and submission of annual accounts, preparing Board and general meeting minutes;11. Obtaining consent on increase of paid-up capital, renewal of trade license, renewal of DCCI membership, obtaining work permit & E-visa recommendation for expatriate;12. Audit plan, audit procedure and audit program preparation, ability to conduct analytical review on financial statements, familiar with internal control requirements at different industry, liaison with auditors and prepare audit work papers;13. Assist to preparation of local and group reports in compliance with IASs, IFRSs namely Monthly Reporting Package (MIP), Quarterly and annually;
