Marking and Updating the Operational maps of the unit,s area of responsibility.Getting the operational and security information and intelligence reports from RP (Regimental police), sifting, investigating, verification, prioritising and reporting the intelligence reports to Commanding Officer.Prepare agenda items of the meetings and in time circulation to the Officers and members.Requisition, Transportation, Replenishment, Checking and Storage (Dumping) of Ammunition, Ration, POL (Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants), equipment and clothing.Checking the maintenance of Mechanical Transport as per Log books.Stock taking/ Checking the items as per the ledgers.Formulation and implementation of SOPs and safety measures for the safety and avoidance of road accidents.checking and monitoring the quality of items delievered by the contractors.Responsible for maintaining the discipline of the entire unit.Checking the turn out including uniform, hair cut, dress code and punctuality etc, of subordinates. preparation of operational maps, charts and briefings, as a staff officer of Unit commander.delievering lectures to the subordinates regarding Do,s & Don’t,s and SOPs. implementation of SOPs.conduct of operational trainings, exercises and firing practices.Responsible for over all security of men, material and informationChecking and Monitoring stores and living areas as per the standards of hygienic practices.Assignment of different tasks and roles to the subordinates, keeping in view their capabilities and potentials.reply daily reports and return.Planning Training schedule, Occasional checking of all the documentation, assets and operational and non operational activities of undercommands.
