I am Mudassar Manzoor. I am 43 years old with 22 years of professional experience in various Govt, Semi Govt and Private organizations. I have got diverse experience. More over, I have the unique quality and experience. The unique aspect of my careerist that the people normally complete their study and then get in to a job (Profession), whereas, I started my job immediately after FSc and continued my studies mainly due to the lack of resources to continue my studies. I had to take my job and study side by side to financially support my study. I started my career as a 2nd Lieutenant in Army in 2001, I did numerous professional courses, along with my Graduation and Masters in Linguistics. I was promoted to the rank of Captain. I wanted to get to higher studies, therefore I resigned the job and started MBA. During my MBA, I continued job in Private security company. There I worked as a Security Manager and as well as worked in Close protection with many foreigners, like members of Control Risks and Lurgi (Construction firm of Germany) After completion of MBA degree, I joined Punjab Information Technology Board, as a Manager. Worked there for 8 years and promoted to the position of Senior Programme Manager.Presently, I am working as a Senior Program Manager in Punjab information Technigy Board. I have learnt a lot in the field of Information Technology. Being part of Govt Digital Services team of Punjab Information Technology Board, I have worked on various Applications and softwares, to facilitate public in getting various Govt services. A blend of public management with technology and serving the public has really given me the diverse experience which started from defence forces, human management, and decision making, to Information Technology Management, Public service delivery and Public administration. I am a motivated, hardworking and energetic person. I possess effective communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to relate well to people at all levels of business and social life. At present, I am looking forward for a senior position in Facility Management, Security Management, Public service delivery, General Administration, IT related ventures to serve the people, Safety and security fields etc.
