Mahmoodi is Founder Honorary Secretary of Pakistan Branch of The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and The Nautical Institute – UK.Capt. Mahmoodi is ever first Pakistani Master Mariner who has been elected Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology, UK.He is honored Member of the Controlling Council of the Nautical Institute-UK and the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers-UKCapt Mahmoodi is an Honorary Consultant to Ministry of Food & Agriculture, Govt. of Pakistan and Maritime Safety Inspector for Vanuatu Maritime Administration.He is Managing Director and Chief Executive of M/S. World Marine Shipping & Trading (Pvt) Ltd., established in 1986 and M/s. “M” International Services (Pvt) Ltd., from their inception, and therefore he is actively involved in Shipping / Crewing & Manning/Trading and Maritime activities in Pakistan and abroad. He is an expert in offshore and port development works such as Dredging and Underwater Cabling works etc.Capt.
