Skilled in both quantitative research methods and evidence synthesis, I can design a research study or critical appraise those already published. A frequentist at heart, I’m comfortable conducting inferential and predictive multi-variable models. I’m also passionate about program evaluation and want to show organizations that a well-planned evaluation shouldn't be feared (and in fact will benefit them!) More important to me than business processes though are the people I work with. Inclusion and respect are my guiding principles. I have been described by many as thoughtful, supportive, and approachable. I want everyone to believe that their contribution matters.I enjoy thinking outside the box, and I am constantly looking for new skills and knowledge to learn. Because of this many have commented on my ability to bring a balanced perspective to any discussion. I can also effectively contribute to strategic planning, helping lead teams to the future.
