I am currently training as an Integrative Psychotherapist through the MSc Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy course at the University of Wolverhampton. Alongside this, I currently volunteer as a Level 5 crisis intervention volunteer at SHOUT, a crisis hotline, as well as a connections ambassador at GINA, a sexual violence counselling service. I hold a 1st BSc Psychology degree from the University of Birmingham where I also won an award for my final year research project. I am continuing research at a postgraduate level into existential anxiety amongst emerging adults.
