As an IT Support Worker, I provide excellent customer service by assessing issues and prioritizing them accordingly. I support users through technical issues, including hardware and software installation, and resolve IT support requests by changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues. I also gather and analyze data to diagnose problems with computer systems, improve IT systems by creating manuals or tutorials for users, and monitor and maintain all computer systems and networks. Additionally, I provide technical support for any issues workers or customers have with their technology. I am a keen and energetic learner with a Bachelor of Science, a diploma in beauty and body therapy, cert IV in training and assessing, and I am currently pursuing a Certificate IV in IT, which has helped me to develop my technical skills and knowledge of computer systems. With over 15 years of experience in customer-centered roles, I have honed my critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability skills.
