Cared full time for 60 residents and provided crisis response for 1000 students at a time. Trained in crisis response, conflict mediation, and community building. Facilitated community growth among first year and senior residents. Communicated and collaborated with other campus offices on issues of student wellness, as well as monthly programs with campus offices including Counseling Services, Student Life, and Campus Security. Worked with a team of four RA's to coordinate monthly events for 650 senior students that provided information on post-graduate life. Annually evaluated, selected, and trained the team of incoming RA’s, alongside all returning RA’s.
