- Served as an Internship Director for the BYU Ballard Center's Social Impact Projects class- Managed 2 teams consisting of 7 total students. The students worked for Village Capital and Cisco on their Social Impact Projects for the summer.- As an Internship Director, I was responsible for grading assignments, keeping students on track with projects, and facilitating partner meetings to ensure everything was going smoothly.- The students were able to complete their projects at a high level of satisfaction for their partners and worked hard to complete their deliverables.

- Worked with a team of 4 interns on a project for BanQu, Inc. BanQu aims to help improve traceability, transparency, and equitability using blockchain software.- Developed a partnership with local NGO Utah Valley Refugees and helped them get started on BanQu's platform- Using BanQu, we helped UVR merge 6 of their current systems into 1 to streamline their processes- Increased efficiency, transparency, and traceability within UVR's organization to increase their donor visibility and client accountability going forward
