- Greet patrons at the Cardel Recreation Centre and help patrons access programming at the facility.- Serve a large array of diverse clients with a strong understanding of company policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment.- Help clients make well-informed decisions in registration for new activities or programs creating links between clients' needs and services offered to maximize participation numbers in programs offered.- Recognize and understand the problems presented by clients and propose numerous options specific to their situation to help find a solution leading to increased customer satisfaction and a large fraction or returning patrons to the facility.- Perform other various routine office tasks such as cash handling, cleaning, and keeping open communication with all other staff members.
