Hi I’m Cara, The Burnout Lady, Speaker, Author, and Workplace Engagement Advisor. I make burnout prevention and recovery accessible and fun for leaders and their teams.In my first career, I spent 20 years learning how to survive and ultimately thrive in the 24/7, always-on, pressure-cooker real estate development business.
