- Collaborate with VP of Brand Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive vision for brand assets across multiple mediums.- Manage email marketing initiatives from concept to send, including the design of newsletters and automated flows, A/B testing, analytics tracking, audience segmentation.- Design all static assets for paid ads and banners.- Oversee the design of packaging materials, including shipping mailers, stickers, retail bags, hangtags, and woven labels, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.- Create visually compelling assets for various activations, pop-ups, collaborations, and events.- Manage website design, tracking inventory, creating product descriptions, site merchandising, curating imagery, and collaborating with developers to ensure a smooth online experience.- Retouch and recolor studio and lifestyle imagery.- Establish and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, serving as a reference for design, imagery, and overall brand representation.

- Oversee and execute all visual concepts, displays, and layouts for a 12,000 square foot space, ensuring an engaging customer experience.- Collaborate with brands to create fixture designs, build outs, and point of purchase signage. - Design all in-store signage and event flyers.- Design website homepage, oversee navigation, and site merchandising, aligning them with the brand's aesthetic and marketing objectives. - Partner with inventory manager to establish systems that protect stock levels to ensure the flow of new goods and replenishment to the sales floor.- Curate and source vintage homeware and display pieces, adding unique touches that contribute to the store's ambiance and visual appeal.- 2020 Outdoor Retailer Innovation Award winner.

- Observe engagement and sell through of strategically placed product on sales floor and implement new store layouts weekly.- Design and build window displays within budget by season and special events.- Shoot product photos for social media and website. - Assist with buying and costing. - Ensure product knowledge within the boutique through brand, fabric and price.

- Assure all cocktail orders are fulfilled in a timely manner- Extensive knowledge and memorization of mixed beverages and beer- Create monthly drink recipes that correspond per season or restaurant events- Train new bartenders by setting a good example, teaching alcohol familiarity, pour counts, and upselling- Clean, sanitize, and replenish bar daily- RBS and Food Handler certified by the state of California

- Assist in men’s and women’s fittings.- Update and edit techpacks.- Assist in line plan revision for costing and vendor allocation.- Update product comments from prototype stage to bulk production.- Attend all design and development meetings.
