I currently supervise 10 staff who are responsible for the management of the Energy Asset Management (EAM) systems portfolio, data reporting from land and well systems and project coordination. I am responsible for analyzing and reconciling acreage numbers for external publication in Cenovus's Annual Information Form. I lead a cross-functional committee that created and implemented processes that facilitates standardization across Energy Asset Management

During my time as Group Lead for fee lands I planned and organized the issuance of 7,000 leases, with 20 cross-functional staff in six weeks, successfully meeting a tight deadline. I worked collaboratively with other Energy Asset Management (EAM) leaders to create a blue print of the new Systems, Data and Projects Service organization that changed the EAM organization from a siloed organization to an integrated process based organization; resulting in an increased staff efficiency of 15%. During the implementation of the new organization I used change management skills learned through achieving the Prosci Change Management Certification program.

During my time as an IT Business Analyst, I analyzed and implemented an initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managing operated well documents to help facilitate Cenovus well regulatory compliance. This initiative tied into the strategic vision of an electronic well file. I collected data to analyze several options to replace a vendor application with an in-house written application to make well regulatory reporting more efficient.
