  I’m the Executive Strategy Director at design studio Houston Group. I also run Houston's Melbourne office (est. 2018).Our mission at Houston is to navigate complexity with impactful design solutions. We affect change from deep within organisations. We don't do decorative strategy – we unpack complex systems and structures. In other words, we solve problems. Hence, Houston.I collaborate with a talented team of designers, strategists and project managers to create, test and refine business, brand and organisational solutions. I’ve led projects for Toyota Asia Pacific and Toyota Australia, Qantas, Charles Sturt University, University of Technology Sydney, University of Southern Queensland, Lendlease, Origin Energy, Ampol and more.
