During my time as a Product Operations Manager, I wore several hats. I pioneered the product ops practice for the former MobiusX team. I advocated for this new function as a product manager because I saw opportunities for creating efficiencies and standardizing ways of working. My time in the role was very project-oriented. I inherited a list of challenges that did not previously have a dedicated person to address them.
