I continuously evolved, diversifying my methods and applying my knowledge to meet the company’s needs.I implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in OpenVPN to secure remote access and protect data. I handled updates to security systems, including migrating devices from Symantec to Kaspersky. For devices that couldn’t update automatically, I contacted employees to perform manual updates and ensure antivirus policy compliance.I contributed to developing domain security policies and offered recommendations to enhance the company’s security infrastructure, following industry best practices. I managed Linux servers, including backups to AWS, and conducted regular maintenance to ensure service continuity.I provided technical support, handling service requests and troubleshooting issues with a focus on efficiency and proactive solutions. My experience expanded my knowledge in hardware, firewall configurations, networking, and infrastructure management, always prioritizing security and performance.The autonomy in managing tasks and projects allowed me to improve my skills and effectively support the company’s objectives. This experience was invaluable for my professional growth, as I constantly learned and adapted to new challenges.
