• Coaching the boys from level 2 - 4 to achieve the routines laid out by Australia Gymnastics so they can compete in the local and state competitions.• Helping them develop and maintain their strength and conditioning as needed in gymnastics so they can continue to develop and grow as athletes.• Keeping track of the weekly rostering of coaches and creating cover when leave is requested, or if a coach is sick.• On the floor and guiding the coaches when they need help with their athletes, at the same time making sure the scheduling for the apparatus is working well and solving any problems that can come on to the floor at any time.
