Present monthly and YTD/YTG outlook to Senior Management.• Successfully maintain company target MOS for the last 3 years by building demand forecasts based on item profiles and customer business intelligence research and sales history.• Create yearly AR budget plans by customer and review bi-weekly with Sales and Customer Teams.• Analyze current sales trends, create marketing plans, post mortems and SWOT analysis – identify risk and recommend strategies to achieve business and financial objectives. • Work with customers regarding out of stock items to eliminate/reduce fill rate fines.• Import Order Management and container consolidation• Working knowledge of supplier MOQ and lead times for domestic manufacturing and international suppliers.• Review and make recommendations to improve customer order forecast accuracy.• Lead bi-weekly & monthly meetings with customer Supply Chain Teams..
