As a relations manager I was member of the bid team of Livewords (Concorde Group). It was my job to manage the ongoing contracts and its terms, to take the lead in the implementation of new contracts, to advise the bidmanager and to write texts regarding new bids in the interpreting and translation industry.Livewords is the largest Translation Agency in The BeNeLux and the 5th biggest Interpreting Agency worldwide.

Together with the Operational Manager Interpreting Services I created a team of 5,5 fte to support the activities of the front and back office. This team provides for the client services and answers questions of interpreters concerning specific projects and invoicing.
