Young Asep Achievers Coordinator
• Responsible for the health and well-being of international students from 70 countries worldwide• Develop and execute programming in accordance with school policies to meet academic, social, emotional and physical needs of students • Liaise with international liaison officers, staff and teachers to monitor, track and meet requirements of students• Coordination of daily residence operations• Manage, supervise and train Lead House Parents and Residence House Parents• Develop YAA program policies and procedures, staff guidelines, and student database• Coordinate and staff medical appointments, visa/passport/study permit renewals and university interviews• Facilitate and coordinate evening, weekend and overnight trips, activities and special events for YAA students• Participate in the planning of special events in school and residence• Develop and deliver presentations to staff, overseas agents, prospective students and parents• Counsel and provide support to students who are having issues related to academics, clubs, programming, residential life, disciplinary issues, and personal circumstances• Plan and implement YAA student residence lifestyle and school orientation at the beginning of each student intake • Oversee and support YAA Council - Executive Student Leadership Team and YAA Peer Mentors• Promote program and department opportunities through weekly YAA newsletters
