I am currently attending SMSU , majoring in a Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood Education for my current employer. I have a large background in many areas like inventory and sales, accounting, human resource, food/nutrition, and administrative. I oversee the Early Learning Program with over 30 staff and 150 plus students. Can create reports quick, multi task, and quick to learn new areas.In my current position I essentially do what I need to do to keep everything running in the whole wing. Which includes working when needed and having added hours to accommodate the office duties as well. Some areas I am in charge of are payroll, timesheets, human resource duties, background checks, all billing including pathway scholarships/grants, childcare assistance, cacfp, voluntary preschool programs, parent aware, and great start grant, among several others in that area. I also create, edit, and implement many policies including risk reduction, emergency preparedness, and many policy revisions within the handbooks and job descriptions. Areas I am in charge of our ECFE, childcare center (6 weeks to 12 years), Voluntary Preschool, School Readiness, census, preschool screening, as well as other added areas as needed. Knowledge in ECSE and work with school to support many students in both areas. I create schedules for staffing in the whole early learning program wing, curriculum, and parent aware. I also am a grant writer and reviewer. Knowledge of different policy and update new as policies change in the state and federal regulations for all areas of what I oversee.
