My role is to manage the internal sales process within the business; responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, organising, and decision making to attain desirable profit-making results. To implement a can-do attitude and be responsible for customer satisfaction by providing a transparent yet simple process. I'll also be representing customers in top level operations meetings to deliver orders, ensuring a focus to achieve “on time deliveries” and deciding production priorities whilst acting on behalf of the MD over sales matters in his absence. I'll be Identifying all key customers requirements moving forward through product development and analysing their business needs. Offering support to our Technical Sales Managers who report directly to the MD. I'm happy to speak with anyone who has an opportunity or an idea that might need developing.
