Working as a New Car Business Manager, my responsibilities include the negotiation and close stage, monitoring new car profit margins, training members of the sales team in presentations and individual reviews and working towards achieving departmental objectives and KPI’s. I have achieved all this whilst maintaining excellent customer service and working within the regulations set out by the FCA in relation to the sale of finance and insurance products.

Within this role my main responsibility was to maximise profitability through customer financial solutions and insurance products. Once I had established myself within the team, my vision was to make Toyota Birmingham the most profitable dealer within the Sytner Toyota network. I was successful in doing this by training and re-introducing a sales process. Due to my motivation and commitment, Toyota World Birmingham became number one within the Sytner group for several consecutive months.
