Carl joined DXC in April 2017 as part of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Global IT Transition and Spin-Merge between HPE Enterprise Services and Computer Science Corporation/CSC as a Senior Director of IT with 29 years of experience at HP and DXC. Carl is responsible for the Centers of Excellence Project Management Team within the DXC Delivery – Internal IT organization. His role consists of providing project management delivery execution and project management transformation services supporting five major accounts including Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (largest DXC account), HP Inc., MicroFocus, Perspecta and DXC Office of CIO. The Project Management services are delivered using a global workforce that spans Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific and encompasses major transformation projects, business innovation projects and run and maintain projects. Since the DXC Launch his team has successfully delivered more than 2500 projects with 100% On-time and On-Budget performance across all major accounts.The organization is also responsible for driving several project management transformation initiatives with a mission to accelerate business outcomes for the major accounts we serve. These include driving to a 100% industry-standard project management certified workforce, driving to a 100% Agile Certified workforce, driving Project Management Processes and Tools standards aligned to client and internal DXC requirements and accelerating the adoption of Agile methods across the Global IT Delivery organization to accelerate project delivery time to value for clients.

Carl was the Senior Director of IT for the Centers of Excellence Project Management Organization at HPE and was responsible for global project management delivery services, project management methodology transformation from waterfall to Agile and standardization of project management processes and tools.Carl's Centers of Excellence Project Management Team was instrumental in several of the largest IT Spin-Merge events in the industry with the successful separation of Hewlett-Packard, HP Inc, DXC Technology and MicroFocus.Carl also provided IT leadership for the HPE Services Spare Parts Supply-Chain business unit and helped drive hundreds of millions in savings through an global Supply-Chain Transformation program spanning 80 countries and moving the business to an industry leading real-time business-to-business supply-chain operations and application landscape.Carl's earlier career at HP included IT roles spanning IT management, Chief Architect, Program Management and Software Development.IT Solutions in these roles spanned HP's global Enterprise with specific expertise supporting Service Call Centers, Services Supply-chain, 3rd-party Field Logistics and Spare Parts Business-to-business networks, and Enterprise Architecture.
