Providing homeownership possibilities for low to moderate income families by partnering with multiple organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Neighborhood Housing Services, Heritage Housing, City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, City of Pasadena, and many more. Given that the cost of owning a home is so high First Republic Bank has come up with Eagle Community and WISH grant to assist. We focus on minorities with limited income.

• Exceeded annual sales goal percentage: 108% for 2013 and 112% for 2014. • Licensed NMLS officer for the branch. Interviewed potential borrowers and discussed details regarding qualifications, loan programs, rates, credit review and managed the loan from origination through closing.• Responsible for opening various types of accounts and proactively cross-sold credit union products or services to existing and potential members through in-person sales sessions as well as by phone, written correspondence and external sales calls.• Worked closely with Financial Center Manager to generate business through outbound calling, community involvement, and other various types of business development efforts in the branch market area.• Maintained accurate records of all sales production and prepared weekly report to include number of new accounts sold and details regarding each account.• Assisted Financial Center Manager with monthly and quarterly audits as well as coached new or visiting employees on the IFC branch model, PFR role and procedures.

• Assist 3 loan officers to allow them to increase their monthly production goal by 20% or higher. • Manage the mortgage loan process and any issues from origination to funding and communicate updates to the loan officers, processors, underwriters, realtors and borrowers in a timely manner. Including daily pipeline review & action plan with LO’s. • Import new applications from website and contact borrowers to complete the application and provide direction concerning the loan process.• Originate applications in person, over the phone and via emails.• Setup applications for the Loan Officer’s review by applying the correct loan program, (FHA, FNMA, FHLMC & VA), pricing, rate, terms, fees, and ensuring borrower’s information is accurate.• Follow up on and collect documents from borrowers, setup files for Initial Disclosure Request, upload authorization for credit pulls, run & evaluate credit, run AUS/DU, run VOE, run VOI, request title fees, research property taxes, review residential contracts, order MI, review appraisals and any other duties requested by Loan Officers.• Provide pre-qualification/pre-approval letters and loan worksheets/estimates to borrowers as needed.• Schedule and attend appointments, meetings, closings and business development functions as requested by the Loan Officers.• Send monthly thank you cards to borrowers, buyer’s agent, listing agent and escrow companies. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Encompass 360, Whiteboard Mortgage Software (CRM), Symitar Episys, Pivotal Engage (CRM) and working on 3 monitors simultaneously. Work remotely as needed on a daily and weekly basis.
