Over the past 4 years working at OMNSIC and its subsidiary, Fortress Insurance Company, I successfully settled medical and dental professional malpractice claims involving complex liability and damages issues, working closely with insureds and defense attorneys to develop the best defense strategies to resolve each claim in a favorable and cost-effective manner. My adjuster license is a non-resident, all lines license through the Texas Department of Insurance with reciprocal licenses obtained in all other states. My licenses to practice law include the State of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.Prior to beginning my career as a claims analyst, I had over 14 years of experience litigating a variety of lawsuits where I successfully settled, arbitrated and tried these matters. I handled cases for my own clients and contracted my services for other attorneys in personal injury, commercial litigation, foreclosure defense, and legal malpractice, where I handle court appearances, depositions, arbitrations and trials.
