I was a very active, very involved, and very productive Group Leader of making Mercedes Benz doors and tailgates inside the local Toyota Boshoku facility. I was called upon to serve in excess of 75 -80 hours in a week for months on end. I was able to lower the past due time of the services and products expected from my group and this has been done with 1/3 of the proposed necessary staff, 19 of 60.

Contract Work. As the General Contractor Safety Manager I took a step up in responsibility tending to the safety and health of more than 70+ men. I did so via Daily morning safety briefings over the OSHA laws, routine monitoring of electronic and robotic workers to assure compliance with safety standards, daily paperwork to Mercedes Health and Safety managerment, corrections and consequences as necessary with adjoining paperwork and formal meetings accordingly, and creating a safety conscious culture in which safety enhanced productivity not hindering it.Under RIMSA Plus, Contract Work, and the Sub-Contractor Safety Manager I took responsibility for the safety and health of steel working men (25+). I did so via Daily morning safety briefings over the OSHA laws, routine monitoring of mostly Polish steel workers to assure compliance, learning Polish to facilitate the task, daily paperwork to Mercedes Health and Safety management, corrections and consequences as necessary with adjoining paperwork and formal meetings accordingly, & Creating a safety conscious culture in which safety enhances productivity not hindered it.

Permanent Hire Position. As the safety manager, I took on the role of educating the labor force as applicable. I often held morning safety briefings over the applicable OSHA laws, routinely monitored the safety issues of the work to assure compliance, I performed the daily paperwork as necessary, I made corrections and consequences as was necessary to create a safety conscious culture with adjoining paperwork and meetings accordingly, and created a safety conscious culture in which safety enhanced productivity instead of hindering it.

I studied and prepared through personal advising for the Securities Exchange exam (series 7) under the mentorship of Mr. Niles Christdopholous, a splendid and accomplished financial advisor in his own right.

As an acting social worker with the title of Family Protection Worker, I assisted families in creating better home environments for the proper growth of productive citizens. I was able to recommend to many families publicly available institutions which would assist the family unit and individuals in creating better financial situations allowing for greater viability for their children. I did so through active investigations of collaborative evidence to support the Child Protective Services mission, child protection services, adult intervention services, and other socially needed administrative details. Social work also included preparing court case paper work for family court cases as well as presenting cases to the family court judge such that the young people under my supervision might recieve services that were needed during the states needed intervention. This occupation provided me with valuable insight in to the wonders and rewards of this country. A very personally rewarding career opportunity.

Contract Work. I taught world history to 7th graders, graded papers, assisted coaching North Half State champions in football, guided and directed the behavior and informational understanding of over 120+ students and 50+ athletes.

Contract Work. I taught world history to 9-12th graders while simultaneously guiding appropriate behavior, graded papers, and administered necessary instruction to 80+ students. I was also an assistant coach of the Clarksdale baseball team which showed a 1200% increase in winning percentage the year that I was assisted.

I am an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran having served in the United States Army as a 19 Delta Calvary Scout in Najaf and Baghdad during the aforementioned time. Duties included assisting my platoon commander in judging situational security, convoy security, forward operations base security, route reconnaissance, building clearance, route clearance, and other such military duties.
