Carl Muller is a seasoned IT professional, entrepreneur, corporate executive and technical leader. He co-founded Highland Technologies in the mid-eighties and served as Vice President until acquired by Vredenburg in 2001. He led the IT service delivery for Vredenburg as Senior Vice President until it’s acquisition in 2003 by AMS. After his division of AMS was sold to CACI in 2004, he remained at CACI for a decade as Senior Vice President leading the ($100M+) Advance Knowledge Systems division group. He is currently Chief Operating Officer for iDoxSolutions continuing to supply advanced technical solutions, media services and mobile applications to the Federal Government. Carl has extensive experience in the architecture and management of software-development projects. He has managed the design, development, implementation, and support of numerous complex systems. Experience includes the development enterprise content management systems for DOD, DHS, the intelligence community, state and local and numerous Federal Civilian Agencies, including Department of State and NARA. He is the principal architect of repeatable enterprise solutions for FOIA, Privacy act and Document Declassification. Carl was the key architect and provided leadership for the development of the DOMEX (Document and Media Exploitation) systems that supported our troops in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
