I bring over 30 years of work experience in the legal field, specializing in commercial litigation and corporate law. I handle complex and high-stakes cases involving contracts, business disputes, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and compliance.Before joining Palecek, McIlvaine, Hoffmann & Morse, I owned and operated Carl E. Patrick PA, a boutique law firm that focused on commercial and civil litigation, for eight and a half years. I managed all aspects of the business and legal operations, and represented clients in diverse sectors. I also have extensive experience as General Counsel for an Ohio automobile franchise, where I established and directed the human resource department, and expanded the company's lines and locations. I have a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and I am licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida.I am passionate about delivering high-quality and cost-effective legal solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients.
