Projects:Guns of glory, Stormshot, Misty Continent, Family Farm AdventureResponsibilities:Leading the whole UA team in daily work, adjust and excute UA strategies to increase ROI and revenue; Collaborate with creative team to find new creative directions for UA to get more installs;Collaborate with dev and tech team to optimise gameplay and commercialization to increase ROI.Following new trends in marketing and competitors, doing A/B tests and UA testing for better results in UA.Keep good relationship with MMP and UA networks to find new oppotunities and partnership.Accomplishments:Total monthly revenue of GOG increased from $16M to $29M, payback circle decreased from 1 year to 6 months. intruded lower cost live action creative direction to the game, decreased costs by 70% and higher ROI than 3D creatives.Optimize appstore page, creatives and icons by A/B test, increased CVR by 35% for Family Farm Advenute.

Projects:Illution Connection Korean, Streetbasketball 2 KoreanResponsibilities:Leading the whole marketing team in daily work, include UA, marketing and creative team; Prepare marketing plan and financial modeling for all projects, adjust and excute marketing plan to increase ROI;Conduct marketing research and project marketing test for potential new games in global market for the whole company.Accomplishments:Returning circle of both projects were under 5 months, reaching NO.1 in all disttibuted countries.

Projects:Evony, Heroes Charge, Heroes Arena, Evony Age 1&2Responsibilities:Leading the whole marketing team in daily work, include UA, marketing and creative team in global market; Prepare marketing plan and financial modeling for all projects, adjust and excute marketing plan to increase ROI;Collaborate with dev and tech team to optimise gameplay and commercialization to increase ROI.Conduct marketing research and project marketing test for potential new games in global market for the whole company.Following new trends in marketing and competitors, doing AB tests and UA testing for better results in UA.Keep good relationship with MMP and UA networks to find new oppotunities and partnership, work with agencies to do PR, KOLs etc.Accomplishments:Heroes Charge, RPG game released in Aug 2014, reached top 5 in GP&Appstore over 150 countries within half a year. We did superbowl, TVC and UA campaigns with only 4 people in the team. Evony, SLG game released in July 2016, reached top 10 in over 100 countries, monthly revenue $10M+. In 2019, we found a mini-game creative to help the game back to top rank in most countries, Monthly revenue is around $50M now with mini-game creative. Heroes Arena, MOBA game released in 2017, total installs over 40M. We used different marketing methods on this project, mainly use KOLs and viral marketing to get organic users 50k-80k per day. The game is success in marketing but almost no revenue, so we closed the game in 2018.
