SMRHA is a multijurisdictional government organization who focuses on deed restricted affordable housing in Telluride, Colorado.• General organization & office duties while implementing procedures in place & creating new ones. • Creating property files, databases, legal documents, annual reports, closing documents, update applications, website info, local advertising, social media, creating homebuyer education class plans & material. • Qualify potential renters & buyers for properties based on the deed restriction in place via tax documents & income statements, intense math & detail.• Agendas, minutes, tracking froreclosures, jurisdictional compliance, deposits, assised with accounting, timesheets, calculating Maximum Sale Prices & Annual Median Income limits. • Working closely with each jurisdiction’s legal teams & title compaines to ensure accuracy.
