As the Chief Operating Officer at Common Table Health Alliance, I played a pivotal role in steering the organization through the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Under my leadership, we not only maintained operational stability but also achieved a 13% increase in revenue during this period. I spearheaded the Memphis Breast Cancer Collaborative, expanding it to include over 38 diverse, cross-sector healthcare organizations. This initiative has become a model for other communities, demonstrating how collaborative efforts can effectively address health inequities. My responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and implementing health initiatives, along with enhancing community outreach and partnerships to ensure we served our community effectively and equitably during a critical time.
