Carla has more than 20 years of experience in finance and business planning. She is noted for her leadership in creation and execution of strategic plans that align business units and increase the organization's ability to meet goals and objectives. For 18 years, Carla was an executive with The Coca-Cola Company, most recently serving as Vice President and Executive Committee member for one of the largest divisions in the Coke system, U.S Foodservice and Hospitality. In the U.S. Foodservice business, Carla led the comprehensive business planning process for all functions and associates. Carla also has extensive experience in change management and business process improvement. She has broad experience in leading and managing large multi-national teams with skill at implementation of destination planning, talent development tools, and performance management processes. Carla also has financial experience leading the controllership function for the sales and marketing organization in Foodservice, including planning, budgeting, rolling estimates, customer marketing agreement analysis, and internal controls.
