Employers must make reasonable adjustments ensuring employees with disabilities, physical or mental health conditions are not disadvantaged in the work place.My role is to advise on workplace adjustments, identifying the type of assessment required to address the specific issues presented and how to obtain a diagnostic or workplace needs assessment if required including processing occupational referrals and implementing adjustments. This involves handling some of the most sensitive personal information in medical and other conditions that affect employees at work; for example, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Autism and ADHD. An experienced and dedicated individual with exceptional organisational and management skills. A strong team player and adept at working independently always maintaining a high level of discretion, empathy and professionalism.
