Program Analyst
CurrentDrive evolving business needs for 2 departments as a government defense contractor focused on people, process, and performance improvements, supporting 100+ team members and 3 executive leaders. - Perform diverse administrative operations including logistics coordination, project management, meeting documentation, and corporate communications preparation, as a trusted partner for the Chief of Staff and Division Director. - Streamline hiring operations by building protocols, developing SOPs, and creating checklists for interviews, benefits packages, and onboarding, supporting 120+ new hires, increasing manpower by 26%, and closing hiring gap in one year. - Modernize the onboarding experience through digitizing documentation management, workflow tracking, and communication protocols, increasing onboarding efficiency by over 60% and aligning all cross-functional teams. - Enhance workforce development by creating and distributing a pulse survey, facilitating feedback, prioritizing key findings, and building a corrective action plan, empowering employee-driven training and growth. - Champion employee recognition initiatives by identifying strengths, reviewing award opportunities, and coordinating application processes, with team members receiving 1 WOC (Women of Color) & 2 BEYA (Black Engineer of the Year) Award.- Prepare visit, authorization, and voucher requests including reviewing needs, gathering documentation, and creating DISS (Defense Information System for Security) and DTS (Defense Travel System) requests, submitting 480+ requests annually. - Elevate visit request process by evaluating existing workflow, identifying deficiencies, defining requirements, and creating SOPs, forms, and digital capabilities, eliminating request errors and information gaps.
